but you are well advised to behave. This is not Ibiza.
Dubai is an affluent city thus like
most affluent cities, very safe.
Taxis are plentiful and very
reasonably priced. Drivers speak English and know their way around.
The traffic in this town is
often congested. Drive as they do otherwise you will get stuck.
